These models were created as part of an e-Commerce Art Direction exercise in the second year of Master Webdesign. The project was carried out in teams of three.
Propose a new concept for the redesign of the e-commerce site of Catimini, while respecting and valuing their existing identity, without going towards a complete rebranding.
We first studied the graphic charter of Catimini, then conducted a benchmark of the main competitors in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement. A watch on the world of childhood then allowed us to fuel our thinking and to test various creative concepts.
Our Choice Fell on the Concept “Color Block”, inspired by the iconic Lego universe. This artistic direction provides a visual identity that is pop, fun and pleasant to navigate. In addition, the modularity of the colors makes it easy to adapt the design to the brand's seasonal collections.
