Mixity

The context

From 2022 to 2025, I was a UX/UI Web designer at Mixity, a Nantes-based startup specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) consulting.



It supported companies, mainly via their HR teams, through audits, face-to-face training and e-learning.

Mixity also offered a SaaS platform allowing organizations to evaluate their DEI policies and measure the perception of their employees on these issues.


As a UX/UI Web designer, I had the opportunity to bring my company's digital experiences to life, from concept to put online.

I was attached to the development team and the PO.

My missions

- I based my UX research on feedback from our customers and several studies on accessibility regarding Dashboards.

- On Figma, I designed models that were both beautiful and accessible, while guaranteeing a strong and coherent visual identity.

- I initiated the creation of a design system in order to structure and streamline production .

- I carried out user tests with our volunteer customers.


- I also imagined print materials (greeting cards, kakemonos, brochures) to represent the company at events and trade shows.


- On the technical side, I integrated my creations directly inHTML/CSS, on Webflow for the site web and in a React environment for the platform.
Finally, I designed an interactive onboarding course thanks to Userguiding, to effectively support new users.
